Radio Systems is a premier, UK based supplier, of radio communications systems for commerce and industry. Established in 1975, Radio Systems Limited (RSL) has a pedigree of design, installation and maintenance of bespoke, turnkey mobile radio systems for blue chip organisation, including BAA, Shell, UK MOD, Local Authorities and major London hotels.
Radio Systems Inc. is a 100% wholly owned subsidiary of RSL, providing on site maintenance for the United States Air Forces in Europe.
Financial Strength
As of the last accounts RSL and RS Inc have a combined net worth in excess of £1.7 million of which almost two thirds is in cash. The figures do not include any significant stock levels or amortisation of development cost. Wherever and whenever possible all costs are taken to P&L in the year of expenditure.
The Companies have no bank or other borrowings with the only creditors being normal day to day accounts which are always settled within term, generally by EFT.
The total businesses have a very strong financial covenant and easily outstrip all minimum accounting ratio tests including the ‘acid test’.
